Bisque Silt is a soft, warm off-pink, and the sampaguita is worked across it in cream — two tones held close, the border drawn by relief rather than by contrast. Stand near it and the flowers separate from the ground. Step back and they become a single warm surface.
The front stays open and the border frames it; the shoulder is gathered into fine pleats where it meets the sleeve. Matte organdy holds all of it in shape through a long, warm afternoon. Embroidered in Manila by the artisans we work beside.
