How do I place an order?
Is it your first time with Tygie? We are very ecstatic to have you here. To purchase your favorite Tygie pieces, simply follow the steps:
Step 1: Choose among the available styles under Filipina Wear and Heirloom.
Step 2: Click on the Tygie piece for more details.
Step 3: Choose options based on your size and preferred color.
Step 4: Remember to review your details and put your correct address before checking out with your preferred payment method.
How will I know if you received my order?
Excited to get your hands on your new purchase? Once you place an order, we will send to your email notifications to see how close you are in receiving your package. Your package goes thru a series of stages. Here’s a quick guide to decode every delivery status.

How can I get my measurement?
Don’t know your size? We are currently using UK sizing, but we can also provide you assistance to determine your Tygie size. Just send us the ff. sizes in inches:
- Bust
- Waist
- Hips
- Height
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account? No problem! You can still order our products without using an account. You can directly choose your item in Filipina Wear and Heirloom.
While you can still shop without an account, having an account let’s you easily track your orders. We ensure that all personal information we receive from you will be solely used for your transactions with Tygie.
What are the different payment methods?
In Tygie, we offer you a wide selection of payment options! We cater Dragonpay and Paypal payments.
How long will the delivery take?
Tygie wants to deliver your items the fastest way possible, but item delivery date may vary due to we source out the best materials possible to create the item that’s perfect for you. We deliver on weekdays from 8am-5pm excluding weekends and holidays. Count down the days to receive your package, starting from the date when payment was received.

How much is the delivery fee?
At Tygie, we want to help you to receive our products with ease of worrying about the delivery fee. We give you free shipping for local orders and for international orders check out the calculation of the delivery fee in DHL.
